Order Processing

All HD Livery Lab products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and produced within 5-10 business days, although production times may vary depending on order volume, product type, material availability, and custom requests.

Production times do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

HD Livery Lab is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, HD Livery Lab is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement when appropriate.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
