Return Policy

At HD Livery Lab, all products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our vinyl graphics and decal kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect ordering, change of mind, installation errors, or customer preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hdliverylab@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error on our part, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-order decal kits
• Custom or personalized products
• Installed or partially installed products
• Products damaged during installation
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Installation Responsibility

HD Livery Lab products are designed for self-installation unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for installation errors, improper surface preparation, environmental conditions during installation, or damage resulting from incorrect application.

Installation guides and recommendations are provided to help ensure a successful application.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production has begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
